3. Solar Products and Services

Intel Green Energy provides solar and renewable energy-related solutions and services.

The exact scope of services, equipment, specifications, capacity, installation requirements, pricing, warranties, timelines, and other project conditions will depend on the individual project and will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, work order, agreement, or invoice.

A website enquiry does not automatically create a contract between you and Intel Green Energy.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Any price or cost displayed on the website is subject to change without prior notice unless specifically stated otherwise.

A quotation provided to a customer may include specific validity periods, payment terms, product specifications, taxes, installation charges, transportation charges, civil work, electrical work, or other applicable costs.

The final commercial terms will be governed by the official quotation or agreement accepted by both parties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for evaluating and delivering solar services.

Depending on the project, the customer may be required to provide:

  • Accurate property and site information.
  • Electricity consumption or electricity bill details.
  • Access to the installation site.
  • Necessary permissions or documentation.
  • Timely approvals and decisions.
  • Required payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Any delay caused by incomplete information, lack of access, permissions, approvals, or other customer-related factors may affect the project timeline.

6. Site Assessment and Installation

Solar installations may require a site inspection and technical assessment before the final system design is confirmed.

The feasibility, system capacity, installation method, equipment selection, and expected generation may depend on the physical characteristics of the site and other technical factors.

Installation timelines may also depend on product availability, weather, site conditions, government approvals, utility permissions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Government Subsidies and Approvals

Where applicable, Intel Green Energy may assist customers with information or processes relating to government subsidies, incentives, net metering, approvals, or related procedures.

However, approval, eligibility, subsidy amount, processing time, and applicable requirements are determined by the relevant government department, electricity distribution company, or other authorized authority.

Intel Green Energy does not guarantee approval or payment of any government subsidy or incentive unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Payments

Customers agree to make payments according to the payment schedule specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, work order, or agreement.

Failure or delay in payment may result in suspension or delay of services, installation, delivery, or other project activities.

Additional charges may apply where the scope of work changes after approval of the original quotation.

9. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes requested by the customer after approval of the project scope may result in additional costs and/or changes to the delivery or installation timeline.

Additional work will generally be carried out only after confirmation or approval of the applicable additional charges.

10. Warranty

Product warranties, installation warranties, service warranties, and other warranty commitments are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant product, manufacturer, and/or service agreement.

Customers should refer to the applicable warranty documentation for specific coverage, exclusions, validity periods, and claim procedures.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural events, negligence, improper maintenance, or circumstances outside the applicable warranty terms.
